Welcome to Barkway (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your participation in our early access program. By using Barkway, you agree to these terms.

1. Early Access Disclaimer​

  • Barkway is currently in early access. It may contain bugs, limited features, and interruptions.
  • Data you enter may be lost or reset. Please keep backups of important information.

2. Your Responsibilities​

You agree to:

  • Use Barkway only for lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to hack the service.
  • Provide accurate information when signing up.

3. Our Responsibilities​

We will make reasonable efforts to keep Barkway available and improve it, but:

  • We provide the service “as is” with no guarantees.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or issues caused by using the app.

4. Data​

By entering information (e.g. client/pet details), you confirm you have permission to do so. We will process this information in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes & Termination​

  • We may modify or discontinue Barkway at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Governing Law​

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
