  • Track health info – log temperament, allergies, and medical conditions that matter for grooming.
  • Store grooming details – last groom date, microchip number, and vet info.
  • Add notes – quirks that carry forward into every booking (like “hates the dryer” or “needs a treat break”).

  • Use Pet Notes for quirks and behaviour, and Client Notes for payment or scheduling habits – it keeps things clean.
  • Don’t skip photos – they make the Pets list more useful and help avoid mix-ups.
  • The Last Groomed date updates automatically when a booking is completed. You can also set it manually when first creating or editing a pet to keep their history accurate.
