Thank you & invoice link

After a completed and paid booking, Barkway can automatically send a short thank-you that includes the paid invoice link. Nice touch, zero effort.


How it works

  • Trigger: booking is Completed and invoice marked Paid
  • Delay: set in Settings → Notifications → Thank You Delay (minutes)
  • Channel: follows your Sending options and the client’s preference
  • Branding: pulled from Settings → Business

Turn it on

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Set Auto-Send Thank You to Yes
  3. Choose a Thank You Delay (minutes) (e.g., 15)
  4. Save Settings

Notes

  • The message includes the paid invoice link so clients always have a copy.
  • If you regenerate the invoice later, the public link changes — send the updated link yourself if needed.
