Thank you & invoice link
After a completed and paid booking, Barkway can automatically send a short thank-you that includes the paid invoice link. Nice touch, zero effort.
How it works
- Trigger: booking is Completed and invoice marked Paid
- Delay: set in Settings → Notifications → Thank You Delay (minutes)
- Channel: follows your Sending options and the client’s preference
- Branding: pulled from Settings → Business

Turn it on
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Set Auto-Send Thank You to Yes
- Choose a Thank You Delay (minutes) (e.g., 15)
- Save Settings
Notes
- The message includes the paid invoice link so clients always have a copy.
- If you regenerate the invoice later, the public link changes — send the updated link yourself if needed.
